1 Medium egg

320g Short crust pastry

Pepperoni slices
Method

Using a cookie cutter, cut out 6-12 pieces of pastry depending on the size of the cookie cutter.

Add tomato puree, Eatlean Grated Cheese and a pepperoni slice to half of the cut out pastries.

Add the spare pastry cut outs on top before pressing to close and engraving a jack-o’-lantern face on top. brush with egg wash.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until pastry begins to brown.
