Delivery Timescales

We work diligently to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday for delivery between Tuesday and Saturday using Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service. This Tracked 24 service costs £3.95, or is completely free on orders of £35 and above!

Should you need to change your delivery address or delay the dispatch of your order, please email us at We will always do our best to help, although please keep in mind we are unable to guarantee changes can be made as your parcel may have been dispatched. We advise to always double check your details before final checkout.

During seasonal periods, please note our delivery windows may be slightly impacted due to increased demand, but please rest assured we will always do everything we can to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible, and our customer service team will work with you to resolve any queries you may have.

Northern Ireland and Ireland

We now ship to Northern Ireland and Ireland. Please note that deliveries may take 2 days, rather than 1.

Scottish Highlands and Islands Delivery Info

We believe everyone should be able to order and receive our products online – including those of you who live in the most remote areas of the UK! We are pleased to confirm that it now costs just £3.95 to reach Scottish Islands and Islands – the same cost as reaching Mainland UK.

Please note that our delivery partner classifies certain postcodes in Scotland as UK Highlands & Islands – and deliveries, therefore may take 2 days to be delivered, rather than 1.

The following postal codes are classified as Highlands & Islands.

Delivery Costs

We charge £3.95 for delivery to mainland UK and extended UK delivery areas, Ireland and Northern Island.

For all orders over £35 (after discount) we offer free Tracked 24 delivery!


Delivery Tracking

Your order will be delivered by our delivery partner Royal Mail. You will receive an email or SMS with detailed tracking information, which will tell you the specific window your order will be delivered within – meaning you’ll always know where your order is.


International Orders

Unfortunately we are unable to ship from our UK distribution centre to Europe. However, we are pleased to share that you can order from our Eatlean EU/DE Website with shipping to Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark available.


Refunds and Returns Policy

Our aim is to deliver all gifts promptly and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please follow the following guidelines:

– If the problem is the fault of Eatlean we will either re-deliver or refund your purchased product, depending on your preference. We insist however that you let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order.

– If there is a mistake submitted on the order form e.g. critical information not supplied (email address and/or phone number) Eatlean cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries. If you choose not to submit contact information at the checkout, our delivery courier will be unable to contact you with the exact status of your delivery and Eatlean is not responsible for missed deliveries in this instance.

– If you are unable to accept delivery of our goods on the original delivery date, we cannot accept liability for any deterioration in product quality due to any factors outside our control.
