AIR FRYER BAKED POTATOES

 

Welcome to a quick and protein packed twist on a classic favourite – Air Fryer Baked Potato topped with our High-Protein Cheese! Whether you’re looking for a satisfying snack or a wholesome lunch, this recipe promises to deliver a crispy yet fluffy potato paired with the rich and creamy goodness of melted cheese and baked beans.

 

Ingredients

2 Baking potatoes

100g Eatlean Grated Original Cheese

1/2 tbsp of sunflower oil

1 Tin of baked beans

Optional additional toppings – butter, tuna mayonnaise & red onion.

Method

Wash the potatoes and lightly scrub before placing into the air fryer and lightly drizzling oil over.

Cook in the air fryer at 200C for 50 minutes. Checking at 20 minutes intervals to ensure the potato does not brown too quickly. (Cooking time may vary depend on the size of the potatoes).

Once cooked, the outside of the potato should be crispy and the inside should be soft and fluffy.  Carve an X shape into the top of the potato and push up from the bottom.

Split and serve with the toppings of your choice.
