Ingredients
X1 Eatlean Quiche Kit (From this you will need: X1 Lo Dough, 200g Two Chicks Egg Whites, 50g Eatlean Tasty, 150g Eatlean Spreadable)
3x Bacon Medallions
10x Cherry Tomatoes
Fresh Parsley
Method
Take a small pie dish or baking tray and spray lightly with FryLight
Place your LoDough base over the tray, and gently press in so that it forms the shape of the tray
Scatter the base with chopped tomatoes and cooked bacon medallions
Add the egg whites to a large bowl, and spoon in your Eatlean Spreadable
Whisk up well until both have combined, don’t worry about any lumps at this point
Sprinkle your grated #proteincheese over the quiche, and then pour in the egg mixture
Top with chopped parsley and pepper
Pop into the oven at 170 and cook for 35-45 minutes or until the quiche has cooked through
