Great stuff, but you need to know how to use it though. Took me 3 or 4 goes to get it right. Now a staple.

Eatlean & Lo-Dough together is a match made in a weight-watchers heaven! As far as the bases go, they are super versatile and only one smartpoint (on all plans I believe) I have tried pizzas (favourite and this is what I use my bases for mainly), wraps, enchiladas and bases for puddings (ie manchester tart / egg custard) – Wonderful, and well worth the money!

Honestly a must for low calorie pizzas, wraps etc!! These paired with the new cheese recipe is the best combination!

They are great for pizzas, and you can also use them for quiche. It is trial and error to get them right. I do think they’re quite expensive (£2 per lo dough) but I suppose it is down to how serious you want to cut your carbs/calories and mix up your diet. If you have them once a week, it is reasonable. If you have them quite often with your partner or something then the cost adds up.
