Meet The Gym Kitchen! Our newest addition to the Eatlean Friend’s range, yummy veggie lentils and grains. We created this full of flavour lunch idea using plenty of Eatlean Cheese and The Gym Kitchen Tika Lentils
Ingredients

1 Pouch of The Gym Kitchen Tika Lentils
✓
80g Tortila chips
✓
1/2 tomato, finely sliced
✓
1/2 an onion, finely sliced
✓
100g of Eatlean Tasty Mature Grated Cheese
Method

Heat The Gym Kitchen Tika Lentils as per pack.

Add tortilla chips around the edge of the bowl or lay on the bottom of the bowl as per your preference.

Add on top The Gym Kitchen Lentils.

Layer the chopped tomato and onion and sprinkle on top Eatlean Cheese and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
