GOOEY GARLIC BREAD

 

 

 

Get ready for a new twist on an old classic — This creamy, cheesy Korean-inspired garlic bread is loaded with flavour, and if you’re not careful, you might even find yourself dreaming of it. It’s so good that we guarantee this is how you’ll be making garlic bread from now on!

Ingredients

6 bread rolls

3 pots (450g) of Eatlean Spreadable

2 tbsp chives

4-6 Garlic cloves

50g melted low fat margarine

100g Eatlean Grated cheese

Method

Make 2 incisions to the top of the bread rolls diagonally to make an X shape.

Crush, grate or finely chop 4-6 garlic cloves.

Melt 50g low fat margarine and add the garlic along with 2 tbsp of chives.

Mix in one pot of Eatlean spreadable (150g). This will be your garlic butter mix.

Spread the remaining 2 pots (300g) of Eatlean Spreadable generously into the bread rolls.

Dip bread rolls into the garlic butter mix with the top of the bread roll facing downwards.

Sprinkle Eatlean Grated cheese on top and bake in the oven for 15 minutes (180 degrees) or until the cheese is melted and golden.
