CHILLI CHEESE TAQUITO
We’ve gone all Mexican with low carb, low fat, high protein Taquitos!
A healthier twist to the usual Taquitos, our recipe gives you the heat of chilli, the heavenly melt of cheese and the meaty protein punch!
Swapping the taco for a thin omelette and the full fat cheese for Eatlean Grated Protein Cheese, our recipe boasts 153 calories per taquito, just 6g of fat, only 2g of carbs and an awesome 23g of protein!

2x Heck Sausages
In a bowl whisk together the eggs
Pre-heat a frying pan, and add the eggs, turning the pan to coat the bottom of the pan fully
Cook through and flip to properly cook both sides
Cut the omelette base in half and top with a thin layer of passata, followed by chilli flakes
Across the middle add a good sprinkle of Eatlean Grated Protein Cheese
Add a pre-cooked sausage on top of the centre of both halves and then roll up tightly
Pop the taquitos into an oven dish and cook in the oven for 10 mins until the cheese has melted
