Ingredients

6 Medium eggs

220g Dough

160g Bacon lardons

Method

Add 6 medium eggs to a large pan on medium heat and whisk until the eggs are scrambled then add salt and pepper.

Fry the bacon lardons on a medium heat for 6-7 minutes or until golden.

Roll out the dough and split into 4 squares. Half the Eatlean Cheese Slice and place on top of each other on two of the squares. Add bacon and egg on top before adding the other section of pastry on top. Seal well.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until dough begins to brown.
