CHEESY BLACK BEAN QUESADILLA
Looking for a high protein vegetarian recipe…look no further than these smoked cheese Quesadillas! With 30g of protein and only 7g of fat, this recipe is great as a mid-week low-fat lunch.

Ingredients
50g Black Beans
x2 Tortilla Wraps
Chilli Flakes
50g Sweetcorn
Eatlean Raspberry Flavour Drops
x2 Spring Onions
Method
Add one of the tortillas to a lightly oiled/sprayed pan and then top with the mixture, spreading it evenly.
Pop the second tortilla on top and leave to heat through, flip over when the bottom side has browned, and cook again until heated through and the cheese has started to melt.
Divide up into four and enjoy yourself…or share if you can bring yourself to!
