To keep the calories down on this low-fat snack, we’ve paired these with a delicious Sweet Chilli Sauce from Blend Bro’s, a sugar-free sauce with less than 3 calories per serving!
So what have we switched up…
Shaker Protein Cheese – Choose from our Smoked or Natural Protein Cheese to add a crispy, cheesy coating to these delicious baked onion rings. The delicious cheese coating removes the need for a batter and frying, bringing the fat, calorie & carb content right down.

x1 White onion
30g Shaker Protein Cheese
Serving Suggestion – Blend Bros Sweet Chilli Sauce
Cut the onion into rings and separate out ready to coat.
Prep three bowls, one with flour, one with whisked egg and then one with our Smoked Shaker Protein Cheese
Dip each ring one by one into each of the bowls in that order, then add to a lined baking tray ready to bake
Spread evenly out on the sheet and bake in an oven for 15 minutes until golden and crisp. Enjoy with Blend Bros Sweet Chilli sauce which pairs perfectly with our Smoked Shaker Cheese. Enjoy!
