Ingredients
150g Eatlean Super Porridge
1 Banana
75g Choc chip cookies
3 to 4 TBSP Chocolate Zero Cal Syrup
1 Egg
Method
Add the porridge oats, egg, banana & syrup to the blender/mix and then mix together well
Add to a bowl and then stir through the chocolate chips
Line a baking tray and spoon onto the tray, on average about 6 per tray (1tbsp- 1.5tbsp per cookie)
Pop into the oven at 180 and bake for 25-35 mins until cooked through
