220g Pizza Dough

75g Grated Protein Cheese

100g Passata

Italian Rub

10 Slices of Pepperoni

Coriander for Garnish
Directions
Roll out your pizza dough into a large rectangle shape, and top with passata
Top with Grated Protein Cheese, and then finish with mixed italian herbs and pepperoni slices
Cut the pizza into strips, here we cut ours into five, and slowly roll each slice up
Place the twisted dough balls onto a lined baking sheet and cook as per the pizza dough instructions
