Cheesy Chicken Pasta Bake

We’ve taken BBC’s ‘Healthy Pasta Bake’ recipe and given this dish an Eatlean Protein upgrade - with Protein Cheese and Chicken to hit those protein goals.
Ingredients

2 Peppers

150g Eatlean Grated Original Cheese

1 Tin passata

250g Pasta
-
Onion granules
-
Paprika
-
Fresh basil

200g Diced chicken
Directions
Dice and fry peppers until soft. Set aside before adding pasta to boiling water, following the back of pack instructions.
Fry the chicken on medium heat and season with paprika and onion granules. Fry the chicken for 5-7 mins, ensuring it is cooked through.
Add the cooked pasta and passata to the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
Add the mixture to an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with Eatlean Grated Cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees or until the cheese is bubbly.
