SOME OF OUR FAVOURITES
The first payment will be taken on the day of ordering your subscription hamper and will be automatically renewed the same date the following month, and so forth. Your hamper will be sent to you on the day of payment. We operate a 3 month minimum subscription term, during which period you are unable to cancel any hamper subscription. After the expiration of this period you will be able to cancel at anytime (but we hope you don’t)!
Please note that we do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Mondays (we want our cheese to be delivered to you as fresh as possible and not be held up in a shipping depot over the weekend Eatleaners!)
Shipping fees still apply and will be added onto the subscription price every month (see our ‘delivery’ section tab above).
If you set your subscription up with a credit/debit card (not PayPal) we can amend your subscription for you Just send an email to info@eatlean.com and we will do that for you! We can even add items to your monthly subscription should you fancy a little extra every month.
Changes or cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours before the next order is due to be shipped, otherwise your order will be shipped and payment taken
We guarantee 30+ days on our Eatlean Cheese. However this is typically between 45-60.
Goods are nearly always dispatched within 24 hours (Monday – Thursday) and we therefore aim to deliver to mainland UK addresses within 2-3 working days of order, e.g orders received on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. For more info on our delivery t&c’s click HERE
