TUNA & CHEESE PITTA MELTS

If you are a tuna and cheese fan, then throwing some into a pitta with veggies is a perfect high protein (particularly when you use Eatlean Cheese!), low fat lunch.

Ingredients

200g Tinned Tuna (drained)

2 Wholemeal Pittas

2 Tomatoes (sliced)

200g Frozen Peppers

2 tbsp Mayonnaise

Method

Pre-heat oven to 200ºC and prepare your ingredients.

Add tuna, mayo and peppers to a bowl and mix together before adding your Eatlean cheese and stirring.

Assemble your pittas, add your tomato and place in the oven for 5 mins. Enjoy!
