A cheese toastie is a firm favourite in many households and we’ve put together this low fat cheese toastie recipe, with all the taste, but far less of the bad stuff. Ingredients

2 Slices Bread

2 TBSP Low Fat Butter

Method

Take your bread and spread one side lightly with low fat margarine, place on a griddle (or toastie maker)

Spread the inside of the bread with Eatlean Spreadable, then load up with Eatlean Tasty and your choice of extra fillings

Spread the inside of the second piece of bread with spreadable, place on top and then add a little low fat margarine to the outside

Grill, turning regularly until the bread turns a golden brown colour and the cheese starts to ooze out!
