Ingredients

40g Chestnut Mushrooms

50g Cherry Tomatoes

30g Spinach

1 Egg

Method

In a frying pan, add the chopped mushrooms and cook through until they start to brown

Add the sliced Grill, the cherry tomatoes and the egg and cook through

Finish with wilted spinach and warm through, then serve up
