Ingredients

70g Eatlean porridge oats

10g Eatlean blueberry syrup

150ml light coconut milk

10g Chia seeds

10g Mixed seeds

50g Blueberries

Method

In a pan add the Eatlean Porridge, 150ml of coconut milk, 1tbsp of chia seeds and 1tbsp of Blueberry syrup and stir to heat through

When cooked, top the porridge with fresh blueberries, mixed seeds and an extra drizzle of Eatlean Syrup
