STUFFED CRUST HIGH PROTEIN PIZZA

Level up your pizza game with slices of Eatlean protein bars in a stuffed crust and Eatlean Tasty Grated cheese with toppings of shredded chicken and peppers.

 

Ingredients:

Ready roll pizza dough
2x Eatlean Protein Bars
Tinned chopped tomatoes
Eatlean Tasty Grated Cheese
Sliced peppers
Shredded turkey

 

Method:

  1. Roll out your pizza dough of choice and cut into a circle
  2. Chop 2 eatlean protein bars along the long length into small rectangles and place around the edge of the dough
  3. Fold the dough over to encase the protein bar cubes and press the dough down to form a tight seal
  4. Add a layer of chopped tomatoes for the base
  5. Sprinkle eatlean Tasty Grated Cheese over the tomato base
  6. Add toppings like cooked turkey and peppers
  7. Top with a light layer of Tasty Grated Cheese
  8. Place in a hot oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and the crusts of the pizza are golden
  9. Slice and enjoy
