STUFFED CRUST HIGH PROTEIN PIZZA
Level up your pizza game with slices of Eatlean protein bars in a stuffed crust and Eatlean Tasty Grated cheese with toppings of shredded chicken and peppers.
Ingredients:
Ready roll pizza dough
2x Eatlean Protein Bars
Tinned chopped tomatoes
Eatlean Tasty Grated Cheese
Sliced peppers
Shredded turkey
Method:
- Roll out your pizza dough of choice and cut into a circle
- Chop 2 eatlean protein bars along the long length into small rectangles and place around the edge of the dough
- Fold the dough over to encase the protein bar cubes and press the dough down to form a tight seal
- Add a layer of chopped tomatoes for the base
- Sprinkle eatlean Tasty Grated Cheese over the tomato base
- Add toppings like cooked turkey and peppers
- Top with a light layer of Tasty Grated Cheese
- Place in a hot oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and the crusts of the pizza are golden
- Slice and enjoy
