SMOKED CHICKEN SKEWERS – NATIONAL BBQ WEEK RECIPE

Chicken fillet / diced chicken (320g)

2 bell peppers
✓
Side salad to serve alongside
Method

Place the chicken in a bowl and sprinkle on the herb mix.

Thread the chicken on skewers along with pieces of red pepper and cubes of smoked eatlean cheese

Place the skewers on a smoking hot Barbecue or griddle and cook for 8-10 minutes. Turn Chicken Skewers occasionally until cooked through (Important – ensure the chicken is no longer pink in the middle).

Serve the skewers alongside a side salad of choice. Delicious!
