SCHOOL NIGHT FAMILY PASTA BAKE
With the kids back at school, we begin the nightly challenge of ‘what to cook’ that everyone will enjoy – here’s hoping we can keep the whole family happy with this nutritious, low fat, high protein, cheesy creamy pasta bake.

Ingredients
200g Dried Pasta
1 Tin Tuna
100ml Milk
100g Peas
100g Sweetcorn
Method
In a glass dish, add the part cooked pasta, the tuna, the peas and the sweetcorn
Mix together the milk and the Eatlean Spreadable and microwave for 1-2 mins until melted
Pour onto the pasta dish and mix everything together well
Top with the Eatlean Protein Cheese and the chopped cherry tomatoes, then bake in the oven at 180 for 20-30 mins until the cheese has melted and browned. Enjoy!
