We’ve teamed up with our friends over at NKD Living to bring you a deliciously indulgent tasting low calorie, low carb & low-fat Brownie Recipe that you are going to want to make time & time again and is bound to become one of your favourite healthy snack recipes.

So what have we switched up in this low carb, low-fat dessert recipe?

Take the NKD Living Brownie Mix and add the contents to a large mixing bowl
Crack in two eggs and the melted butter and then mix well to combine
Add three TBSP of the Eatlean Salted Caramel Zero Cal Syrup
Followed by 50g of Eatlean Spreadable and then mix together well
Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and pop three dollops of Spreadable onto the centre of the brownie and marble through the mixture
Finish with a good drizzle of the Eatlean Zero Calorie Salted Caramel Syrup and then pop into the oven, baking at 180 for 21 minutes
Allow to cool fully before cutting and serving
