QUICK & EASY MINI PIZZA’S
Whether you are looking for a quick and easy midweek meal that you can get the kids involved with, or are looking for something different to pop into their lunch boxes this recipe is a great one to keep little ones (and big ones) happy and well fed.
You can go as creative as you fancy with the toppings, here we used – mushrooms, green chilli’s, pepperoni, ham, pineapple and tomato.
Each pizza comes in at under 100 calories, less than a gram of fat and 7g of protein.
So what have we switched up?

8 Mini Pizza’s
220g Pizza Dough
Cut the dough ball into 8, then roll out each segment into a round
Top each mini pizza base with passata
Follow up with Grated Protein Cheese
Finally add the toppings of your choice, we used: pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, basil, tomato, pineapple, green chilli’s
