MINI PROTEIN PITTA PIZZAS

Small but mighty – these Mini Pitta Pizzas are quick, easy and completely customisable. Top with your favourite toppings depending on the macros you want to hit and enjoy for lunch or a snack.

 

Ingredients

Pack of wholemeal pittas
Tomato paste
1 tin of Chopped tomatoes
Eatlean Original Grated Cheese
Topping of your choice

 

Method

  1. Squeeze a circle of tomato paste around the edge of the pitta bread to create a barrier
  2. Fill this circle with the tinned chopped tomatoes
  3. Sprinkle Eatlean Original Grated Cheese on top of the tomato base
  4. Add the topping of your choice such as: Ham, mushrooms, and red onion, chicken, barbeque sauce and peppers, Tuna, sweetcorn and red onion or Pepperoni and ham
  5. Cook in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbling and toppings are cooked
  6. Serve and enjoy
