MINI PROTEIN PITTA PIZZAS
Small but mighty – these Mini Pitta Pizzas are quick, easy and completely customisable. Top with your favourite toppings depending on the macros you want to hit and enjoy for lunch or a snack.
Ingredients
Pack of wholemeal pittas
Tomato paste
1 tin of Chopped tomatoes
Eatlean Original Grated Cheese
Topping of your choice
Method
- Squeeze a circle of tomato paste around the edge of the pitta bread to create a barrier
- Fill this circle with the tinned chopped tomatoes
- Sprinkle Eatlean Original Grated Cheese on top of the tomato base
- Add the topping of your choice such as: Ham, mushrooms, and red onion, chicken, barbeque sauce and peppers, Tuna, sweetcorn and red onion or Pepperoni and ham
- Cook in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbling and toppings are cooked
- Serve and enjoy
