2x Bread Slices

2x Slices Low Fat Bacon Medallions

1 Egg

50ml Skimmed Milk

Pinch of Cinnamon



Whisk up the egg with the milk, and add a good pinch of cinnamon


Mix together well and then take each of the slices of bread and coat thoroughly in the egg mix, turning repeatedly until well soaked through


Lightly fry in a frying pan with a little spray or oil until browned


Place the slices face down and add the Eatlean Grated Cheese to one of the slices, followed by the bacon medallions and top


Place into the oven for 10 mins until the cheese has fully melted, then finish with a good drizzle of Maple Syrup – trust us on this one, it’s delicious!
