Ingredients

1 Low Fat Sausage (we recommend Heck)

Onion

Red Chilli

Hotdog Bun

Method

Cook your hotdog through either on the grill or the BBQ

When cooked add the hotdog to the roll and top with the grilled onions

Melt up four slices of Smoked Protein Cheese

Add chopped chilli and pop onto the BBQ to melt

Pour the melted cheese over the hotdog and ENJOY!
