We all went Banana Bread crazy over lockdown didn’t we?! Well we took the time to perfect a deliciously simple recipe using some of our Eatlean favourites, with an incredible macro count, making a healthy breakfast or a low calorie snack has never been so simple.
One slice contains just 120 calories, 3g of fat, 17g of carbs and 6g of protein.

Ingredients
3 Bananas
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Baking Powder
10g Mixed Seeds
Method
In your blender add the Super Porridge, the mashed bananas, the eggs, the baking powder, and the syrup and mix together well
Line a tray and add the mixture, topping with seeds and a little extra syrup
Bake until golden, normally 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
