Line the base of a quiche tin with your Lo-Dough base

In a bowl add your Two Chicks Egg Whites and Eatlean Spreadable Cheese and mix together well

Pour the mixture into the base, and don’t worry about any lumps, these will melt deliciously when cooked!

Place the oven roasted tomato halves around the quiche and then top with fresh basil leaves

Finish with a topping of Eatlean Grated Cheese

Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 35-45 mins, until set
