INGREDIENTS
20g Mixed Seeds
25g Low Fat Margarine
METHOD
In a bowl add the porridge, the seeds, the maple syrup and stir up well
Then add the melted margarine and mix together until fully coated.
Spread out evenly on a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven until crisp and golden
