Ingredients

280g Low Fat Margarine

15g Mixed Seeds

50g Marmite

2 Eggs

Method

Add the porridge and the cheese to a bowl and mix

In a second bowl add the margarine & marmite and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds or so

Pour the melted butter mix into the oats mix and stir together well

Add two eggs and mix together again and then pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and top with mixed seeds

Bake the flapjacks for 25-30 mins until crisp and golden
