LOW FAT CARAMEL BANANA PANCAKE STACK
Pancakes for breakfast…we’ve got your attention right?! These pancakes are not only easy to make, but they are also low in fat, calories and lower in carbs than flour pancakes, the perfect healthy breakfast idea when you are looking for a sweet fix! 1/2 a stack will add 212 calories, 8g of fat, 13g of protein and 23g of carbs to your macro count for the day.

In a bowl add the mashed banana, the eggs, a pinch of baking powder, the caramel syrup, the super porridge and mix together well
Spoon a TBSP of the mixture into a lightly oiled pan and allow to cook through until bubbles start to appear on the surface
Flip the pancakes and allow to cook on the reverse side until golden
Stack them up and drizzle with the rest of the syrup, adding your toppings of choice – we added extra banana and mixed seeds
