LOW FAT BBQ CHICKEN MAC & CHEESE
We’ve given our standard Mac & Cheese recipe a smoked switch up here with this Low Fat BBQ Chicken Mac & Cheese dish. Our Spreadable Protein Cheese is the big time saver here, simply heating this up creates the most delicious and indulgent tasting cheese sauce so you can skip the white sauce making step in this recipe, we’ve already done the hard work for you! Add in our Smoked Cheese & Shaker Cheese and you’ve got a seriously high protein full flavour dish here. 1x Chicken Breast
200g Macaroni Pasta
1 TBSP BBQ Seasoning
1 TBSP Paprika
1 TBSP Breadcrumbs
Cook the macaroni through until it is nearly ready and then drain.
In the pan, add the Spreadable Protein Cheese and heat until melted.
Add the BBQ sauce, lightly fried peppers and the shredded chicken breast and mix in.
Top with breadcrumbs, grated Protein Cheese, Shaker Protein Cheese and a little BBQ seasoning then pop into an oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until crisp, melted and golden.
