These Baked Cheese Balls are easy to whip up, you can store them in the fridge and re-heat when you want them, serving up with a dip of choice. You can make these with our Standard Eatlean Cheese our Red Cheese or our Smoked Cheese as we’ve used here in this recipe.
Each low calorie, low fat ball comes in at just 69 calories, 0.7g of fat, 9g of carbs and 8g of protein.

250g Potato

1 TBSP Onion Powder

1 TBSP Paprika

1 TBSP Italian Herbs

20g Breadcrumbs



Boil the potatoes until soft then mash well to remove any lumps


Add the potato to a bowl along with the garlic powder, paprika, herbs, and 1TBSP breadcrumbs, then combine


Separate the potato mix into small balls and roll up


Cut the cheese into small cubes and take a ball at a time, press the cheese into the centre and shape the potato around to ensure that it is fully encased


Roll the balls in a mixture of Smoked Shaker Cheese & breadcrumbs


Bake on a baking tray in an oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 mins
