LOW FAT BAKED CHEESE BALLS
Any recipe with ‘baked’ and ‘cheese’ in the title is never going to disappoint…and this recipe is no exception. These Baked Cheese Balls are easy to whip up, you can store them in the fridge and reheat them when you want them, serving up with a dip of choice for a perfect low-calorie snack. You can make these with our Standard Eatlean Cheese our Red Cheese or our Smoked Cheese, as we’ve used here in this recipe.
Each low-calorie, low-fat ball comes in at just 69 calories, 0.7g of fat, 9g of carbs and 8g of protein, making them an ideal accompaniment for a healthy low-fat lunch.
So what have we switched up?

Boil the potatoes until soft then mash well to remove any lumps
Add the potato to a bowl along with the garlic powder, paprika, herbs, and 1TBSP breadcrumbs, then combine
Separate the potato mix into small balls and roll up
Cut the cheese into small cubes and take a ball at a time, press the cheese into the centre and shape the potato around to ensure that it is fully encased
Roll the balls in a mixture of Smoked Shaker Cheese & breadcrumbs
Bake on a baking tray in an oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 mins
