LOW CALORIE PROTEIN CHEESE CALZONE
What if we told you that you could enjoy a full calzone pizza for less than 300 calories, less than 10g of fat and over 30g of protein?
Yep – this is an easy low calorie protein cheese pizza recipe that you have to try! Our version includes chilli flakes and pepperoni and comes in at 293 calories, 8g of fat, and 32g protein. If you want to shave even more off these nutritionals you can always skip out the pepperoni and replace with something lighter.
So what have we switched up…
WW Wrap – When it comes to bases, there can be so many calories lurking in those deep, doughy bases. We’ve kept things light and used a WW wrap instead, which is not only so much lighter, but so much easier than having to work up pizza dough. Each wrap contains just 118 calories and less than 1g of fat.

1 Low Fat Wrap
2 TBSP Passata
1 Red Chilli
Lay the wrap flat and cover with passata, leaving at least 1-2cm around the edge
Add the cheese and toppings to one half of the wrap pizza and then wash with egg around the edges
Fold the wrap over in half and press edges down with a fork/spoon
Wash with an egg and then bake on a baking tray in the oven at 180 for 20 minutes, or until browned on the outside
