In a bowl and the SKYR along with the Eatlean Maple Syrup (sweeten to taste, not essential) and mix together
Spoon the mixture into a lined tray and then chop the fresh fruit
Sprinkle the fresh fruit across the tray and then pop into the fridge for at least four hours
