Ingredients

2 Garlic Cloves

25g Margarine

1/2 Red Onion

1 TBSP Chopped Parsley

Get your oven nice and hot around 200-200 degrees

In a bowl, add your margarine, garlic and parsley and mix well until combined, then spread evenly onto your LoDough base, spreading right to the edges.

Slice an onion and pop the slices for 5 minutes under the grill, then add these to the LoDough base.

Top with Grated Protein Cheese and a good sprinkle of Chopped Parsley, and then pop into the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese bubbles!
