Ingredients

600g Tinned Tomatoes

2 Garlic Cloves

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp Chilli Flakes

25g Harissa

400g Chickpeas

1 tsp Oregano

Method

In a pan fry off the garlic, then add the paprika, oregano and chilli flakes

Add the tinned tomatoes, followed by the chickpeas and cook for five minutes

Slice up the Eatlean Grill and lay the slices on top then pop into the oven and cook for 20-30 minutes

Finish with fresh parsley and serve with crusty bread. Enjoy!
