INGREDIENTS
3 Cloves Diced Garlic
70g Capers
50g Sliced Olives (Optional, they’re not for everybody…)
2/3 tbsp Olive Oil
150g Eatlean Tasty
350g Spaghetti
250g Macaroni
Chilli Flakes
Salmon (optional)
METHOD
Add 1/2tsp of salt and a drizzle of olive oil to a pan of boiling water.
Add the spaghetti and macaroni, ensuring to separate with a fork in the first few minutes so that it doesn’t stick together.
In a large frying pan or wok, Sautee the capers and garlic in 1tbs olive oil, for 2-3 mins.
Add sliced olives and continue over the heat for another two minutes.
Add chilli flakes. Remove from heat.
Once al dente, drain and rinse the pasta in boiled water.
Shake off excess water and add mixture to the frying pan and return to a low heat, stirring thoroughly to coat the pasta in the mixture.
Add the remaining olive oil and a generous seasoning of salt and pepper.
Stir again!
Serve with a little fresh basil, cooked salmon (if you like) and topped with plenty of Eatlean Tasty.
