It’s easy to get caught up in the busy day to day tasks and forget to prioritise hydration, but setting an alarm or a reminder on your phone can help to keep you on track.
Eat hydrating foods such as fruits and vegetables 🍓
Fruits and vegetables have a high-water content and can help you meet your water needs. Fruits and vegetables like strawberries, watermelon, cantaloupe, spinach, celery, and cabbage have about 90% of water in them.
Infuse your water with fruit for flavour 🍋🟩
If you find drinking a lot of water uninspiring, keep it interesting by infusing your water with slices of lemon, lime, or other fruits.
