LOW FAT EATLEAN PITTA PIZZAS
These pitta pizzas are so easy to make, involve next to no prep work, and even better the kids can put the pizzas together for you! Encourage them to get creative with toppings, opting for various veg, lean meats and herbs.
In this simple low-calorie lunch recipe, we’ve opted for our Tasty Cheese, which offers up 35% fewer calories, 60% less fat and 30% more protein than a standard full-fat cheddar.
There is zero compromises on flavour, or melting ability so the little ones will never know the difference!
So what have we switched up?

Whilst we have upped the fat content slightly Tasty still contains 60% less fat, 35% fewer calories, and 30% more protein than regular cheddar… but with all the taste. Matured for 9 months this prolonged ageing allows the flavours to develop over time bringing you the ultimate taste experience.
1 Pitta Pizza (no toppings)
1x Wholemeal Pitta
30g Tasty Cheese
Optional toppings – Ham, mushroom, peppers, tomatoes etc
Take your pittas and top with passta
Sprinkle with grated Protein Cheese and then add your choice of toppings
Pop onto a baking tray and cook for 10-15 mins until the cheese has melted and started to brown. Enjoy!
Top with the Eatlean Protein Cheese and the chopped cherry tomatoes, then bake in the oven at 180 for 20-30 mins until the cheese has melted and browned. Enjoy!
