These pitta pizzas are so easy to make, involve next to no prep work, and even better the kids can put the pizzas together for you! Encourage them to get creative with toppings, opting for various veg, lean meats and herbs.

In this recipe we’ve opted for our Tasty Cheese, which offers up 35% fewer calories, 60% less fat and 30% more protein than a standard full fat cheddar.

There is zero compromise on flavour, or melting ability so the little ones will never know the difference!

1 Pitta Pizza (no toppings)

1x Wholemeal Pitta

15g Passata

30g Tasty Cheese

Optional toppings – Ham, mushroom, peppers, tomatoes etc



Take your pittas and top with passta


Sprinkle with grated Protein Cheese and then add your choice of toppings


Pop onto a baking tray and cook for 10-15 mins until the cheese has melted and started to brown. Enjoy!


Top with the Eatlean Protein Cheese and the chopped cherry tomatoes, then bake in the oven at 180 for 20-30 mins until the cheese has melted and browned. Enjoy!
