Ingredients
2 Sourdough Slices
Method
In a bowl grate up the four different hard cheeses and mix together well
Take your bread and spread each side with a generous layer of Spreadable Protein Cheese
Add your grated cheese and pop the second slice of bread on top ready to toast
Pop into your toastie maker or pan, and cook until the bread is golden and the cheese is well melted.
