EATLEAN FESTIVE BAKE HACK
This easy low calorie dinner recipe requires minimal effort (we’ve done the hard bit for you)…and creates an extra wow at the table. It’s a simple way to put a Christmas spin on our Eatlean bake, and keep everyone happy by serving up melted gooey cheese! If you aren’t for sharing (we don’t blame you) then this isn’t going to break any macro plan either.
Per half bake, this recipe contains just 180 kcal, 8g fat, 21g protein, 6g carbs, meaning you can even enjoy it as part of a festive low calorie lunch.
So what have we switched up…
Eatlean Bake – Our bake contains 45% fewer calories, and 66% less fat than a standard cheddar cheese bake. Plus it tastes absolutely delicious too, what’s not to love!
Chicken Italia Sausages – We chose to opt for a quality sausage in our recipe, and the Heck sausages promise just that, with exceptionally good nutritionals. A great, lean alternative!

Ingredients
Method
Part cook the Eatlean Bake for 10 minutes
Remove the skin and cook up the sausages
Add the cranberry sauce, sausage meat, sage and cook for a further 10 minutes
Serve with bread or crudités and enjoy!
