So what have we switched up…

Eatlean Spreadable – Typically devilled eggs recipes would normally use a large amount of mayonnaise, which is not only high in calories but high in fat content too. Switch up mayo for our Spreadable Protein Cheese for a lower fat, lower calorie, higher protein hit, with all the delicious creamy cheesy taste that compliments the spicy hit from the tabasco perfectly

Ingredients

1 Egg

Paprika

Peppercorns & Carrot – For Decoration

Method

Pop your eggs into a saucepan of boiling water and cook through until hard boiled

Remove the eggs from the pan and allow to cool before peeling. Make a cut in the bottom of the egg to enable the eggs to stand up and then cut off the tops of the egg too (keep this part)

Scoop out the egg yolks and in a bowl mix with Spreadable Protein Cheese, and Paprika

Use a spoon or a piping back to fill the egg with the mixture, then pop the top back on, along with decoration for the chicks face
