EASY CHEESY GREEN VEG GRATIN
Easy cheesy, green veg gratin perfect for a main lunch dish or to compliment as a side dish for dinner. Full of nutritious green veggies in a cheesy white sauce and topped with even more cheese! The more cheese the better!
Ingredients
200g spinach
1 cauliflower bunch
1 broccoli bunch
100g Eatlean Tasty Grated Cheese
50g unsalted butter
400ml milk
Method
Boil water on the hop and add a pinch of salt. Add chopped broccoli and cauliflower.
Cook the spinach in a large saucepan.
In a separate saucepan, melt butter and add the flour and cheese to create a creamy cheese sauce. Add milk and whisk until thickened.
Add the vegetables to a baking dish and drizzle the cheese sauce over. Sprinkle with extra cheese and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
