CREAMY TUSCAN PASTA

Ingredients
Diced chicken (50)
Red Lentil Pasta (200g)
Spinach (20g)
Sun Dried Tomatoes (10g)
Chilli Flakes
Single Cream (100ml)
1 Clove Garlic
Method
Add diced chicken, with chilli flakes, to a pan on medium heat and cook for 10 minutes before adding spinach, finely chopped garlic and sun dried tomatoes.
Add pasta to boil. While pasta boils add Eatlean Spreadable and Single Cream to the chicken to create a creamy sauce.
Once the pasta is cooked as the pasta into the pan and sprinkle in some Eatlean Grated Cheese for an extra cheesy kick.
