100g Low Fat Mince

50g Passata

1/2 TSP Onion Powder

1/2 TSP Garlic Powder

1 TSP Oregano

1 Egg

Salt and pepper to season



Add the mince to a bowl, followed by the onion powder, garlic powder and oregano, Eatlean Smoked Shaker & 1/2 an egg, and mix together well.  Season with salt and pepper.


Shape the mince into four meatballs and brown each in a frying pan


Add the meatballs to the Bake pot, and top each with a spoonful of passata


Sprinkle with oregano, Eatlean Shaker and the Eatlean Grated Cheese


Pop into the oven and bake for 15 mins until melted and oozing!
