Ingredients

x1 Small Gourd/Pumpkin

Frozen spinach – 3 Cubes roughly

50ml Creme Fraiche

Garlic Granules

Method

Take the gourd/pumpkin and remove the top (keep hold of this) and carefully carve out the middle

Once carved, spoon in the Eatlean Spreadable, add the garlic granules and finish with the Eatlean Smoked Cheese

Place the top back on and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, until the cheese has fully melted

Lift open the top and stir through the spinach that has been defrosted in the microwave, then serve up with dipping crudités of your choice!
