4x Heck Breakfast Sausages (or you could use Heck Chicken sausages for fewer calories)
1x Rasher of Streaky Bacon (or use bacon medallions for fewer calories)
Tablespoon of Honey (Optional)
Pinch of Thyme
Preheat your oven to 180C fan/200C.
Cut 4-5 slices across a sausage, making sure you don’t cut all the way through (slice until you reach about halfway down).
Stuff the gaps with fillings of your choice. For each sausage, use 10g sliced Eatlean Tasty Mature Cheese and a quarter of a rasher of streaky bacon (cut into smaller slices).
Repeat the previous 2 steps for as many sausages as you like.
Bake for 30-35 mins or until the sausages are cooked all the way through. Halfway through cooking, add a drizzle of hot honey & pinch of thyme, which gives them a delicious, sticky glaze – but they’d be just as tasty without.
Serve & enjoy! You could also cook them on the BBQ or under the grill if you prefer. Easy!!
