CAKE BATTER BLONDIES

Cake batter blondies

So this recipe might not be as low calorie as our usual recipes, but we wanted to share an example of how you can add flavour to your desserts using Eatlean Flavour Drops without adding any more sugar or fat to its nutritionals!

This recipe from @Sianlouisew92 is perfect for that vanilla flavoured weekend treat.  Eatlean Flavour drops are ZERO FAT, ZERO SUGAR & GLUTEN FREE!

Ideal for diabetics, vegetarians, & vegans that are looking to add some natural flavouring to any sweet dishes!

Ingredients

1 Box Betty Crocker Golden Vanilla Cake Mix

1/4 cup Canola oil

1 large egg, beaten

1/3 cup whipped cream

1/2 cup Rainbow sprinkles

1/2 11.5oz bag of white chocolate chips

1 TBSP Rainbow Sprinkles

Method

Preheat oven to 350°C

Combine the cake mix and 1/2 cup sprinkles in a large bowl

Add oil and egg then stir to combine

Stir in the cream and white chocolate chips until the batter is combined, then add the Eatlean Vanilla Flavour Drops to the mix and stir in

Place batter in a greased 8×12″ or 9×9″ baking dish

Sprinkle with 1 TBSP Rainbow sprinkles

Bake for 20-30 minutes or just until the edges turn golden and a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean

Allow bars to cool completely then cut into blondie bar servings.
